30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened candles in their original packaging. Simply contact us to initiate a return and we'll provide a prepaid shipping label.

Damaged Items

If your candle arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no additional cost.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. The refund will be applied to your original payment method.
