- Product images are representative. Due to the handmade nature of our candles, slight variations in color and texture are normal.
3. Orders & Payment
- By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate.
- Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
- Orders are confirmed via email once payment is received.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues. You will be refunded in full.
4. Shipping
- We ship within the United States.
- Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
- Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.
- Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.
5. Returns & Refunds
- We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened candles in original packaging.
- Damaged items should be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Gift cards, sale items, and subscription orders are non-refundable unless defective.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.
6. Subscriptions
- Candle Club subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or quarterly).
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account page.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
7. Gift Cards
- Gift cards are delivered via email and do not expire.
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Lost gift card codes cannot be replaced — treat them like cash.
8. Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You may create an account using email/password or Google sign-in.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
